Beatles Song Inspired Southwest Florida Yachts Newest Charter Yacht -- When you charter this Mainship 43, you can hum “Here, There, and Everywhere."

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla., February 10, 2010 – Southwest Florida Yachts (SWFY) has added a Mainship 43 trawler-style cruiser to its charter fleet. The roomy vessel has accommodations for up to six adults for exploring the Gulf of Mexico’s subtropical barrier island paradise.

The charter vessel has an apt name, too – …and Everywhere, a snippet from the famous Beatles’ tune, Here, There and Everywhere.

“This vessel’s name and the song it evokes is so appropriate for a charter boat,” said proprietor Barb Hansen. “You can sing Beatles songs as you cruise along and check out the scenery and ports of call here, there and everywhere from Captiva Island to Boca Grande and many places in between.

“Except for the name this is not your father’s trawler,” Hansen said. Mainship designed this vessel so that it offers something for everyone. Up to six adults will appreciate the sleeping room, two large cabins plus a full-size convertible sleeper in the salon. Chefs will enjoy the fully-equipped galley. Power is supplied from two Yanmar 370 hp diesel engines. There are two helms, in the salon and on the flybridge, and the captain navigates with a full array of electronics -- radar, autopilot, depth sounder.

There are three entrances, port, starboard and aft, plus two showers. Headroom is a generous six-foot six.  Floors are teak and holly and carpet. The dinghy is raised and lowered via hydraulic lift. Amenities include air conditioning, hot and cold water systems, washer and dryer, 50 amp shore power system, AM/FM/CD stereo and television.

Hansen said …and Everywhere will be docked with 10 other power cruisers from 28 to 43 feet at Marinatown Marina in N. Fort Myers which provides convenient cruising access to the sunshine state's celebrated waters in the southwest. The company’s sailing charter fleet is based at Burnt Store Marina in Punta Gorta.

Extra Cruising Days

…and Everywhere charters for $3,789 for five days in the high season and $3,030 in summer. Through 2010, as part of the company's 25th anniversary, charterers receive one extra cruising day for charters of three days or more when cruising between Dec. 15 and April 30 and two free days when cruising between May 1 and Dec. 14.

Southwest Florida has been ranked as one of the best sailing and cruising areas in the world. Visitors have scored the barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva as the best islands to visit for their ambiance, beaches, friendliness, restaurants and scenery.
