EASY STEPS TO CHARTERING

• Complete the enclosed Reservation Form and your Cruising Resume.
 
• A 50% deposit is required at the time your reservation is made. (Visa/MasterCard accepted.)

• Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days prior to charter.

• The day after boarding, the boat is considered your first charter day. Your charter concludes at 1700 hours on the last day.

• Your charter begins with the first "night" (you may board any time after 12:00 hours/noon) and may run for example, 3 days-3 nights or 7 days-7 nights, etc.
 
 
• The minimum bareboat charter is three days. Please note that there is a five-day minimum on charters during major holidays.

• All yachts are fully insured. A damage deposit, which is the insurance deductible amount, is required on all vessels in accordance with their insured value.
 
• Navigation limits extend from Cape Romano (Marco Island) to the south, to Venice Inlet to the north, and Lake Okeechobee to the east. (Sorry, no cruising to the Keys or Tortugas.)

WE BELIEVE IN KEEPING YOU SAFE

We offer an extensive vessel check out and chart briefing prior to your charter. On top of that, we provide you with a full knowledge of our boats and some tips about our local cruising area. Please allow 1 to 3 hours for you and your crew to listen in.
CHARTER CHECKLIST

 • Non-oily lotions are best to use for your on-board experience.

 • Use of the VHF radio should be kept to a minimum.

 • Please remember to wear deck shoes only on board your yacht.

 • All of our vessels are equipped with the proper Marine Sanitation Device (MSD). Their use will be covered during your briefing.

 • For the safety of yourself and others, NO SMOKING below decks.

 • As private yachts, most include inflatable dinghies and motors. Check your yacht's inventory list. We offer Inflatables with motors for your use during your charter (One week minimum).

 • Make sure to have knowledge of navigation, charts, compass, mechanics, and on board electronics.

 • Captains and instructors are available. If you require a Captain, crew or instructor please let us know in advance. We can arrange for qualified personnel to join you for all or part of your cruise.

 • Due to our limited office space, we have no room for storage.
